Trust is the basis for the success of the process. That is why you can first come by for a one-off, short introductory meeting. During that half hour we'll see if it clicks or not.
When we start the process, our starting point is to map out your wish or complaint together.
As an integrative and creative therapist, I adapt the working method to your needs: conversation is combined with creative or playful techniques and mindfulness exercises.
We involve thinking, wanting, feeling and acting to connect you in a holistic way with all aspects of your personality and your being. Depending on your wish or complaint

We look at your story together in a relaxed and non-judgmental way. We strengthen your resilience and self-knowledge by paying attention to feeling in the moment. The guideline for adjusting and adjusting the process is always your wish or complaint and your feedback.
Appointments take place from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8.30pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. I will receive you in a homely atmosphere in Boutersem or in the group practice In Harmonie in Diest (on Tuesdays).
