Talk to my younger self
As we get older we have all learnt so much on this journey through life and I am sure sometimes think about what we would say to our younger selves if we could. This could be words of wisdom or maybe some more practical advice. Thinking about how we have progressed we might want to say something that would have helped to make a change or even just encourage ourselves to believe in the life we have chosen. Whatever you would like to say we would love to see it in your art journaling spreads.
