A layer a day - A spread a week: week 17

Hi sweet butterflies,

Marit here to help you started with this weeks challenge.

In case this is the first time you read about the challenge, check out the first blog post on the subject here, where we explain what it is all about.

You can join the fun at any time on the France Papillon and Creative Butterflies facebook group, where lots of alad spreads and in between layers get shared, which will definitely help your mojo to be inspired!

week 17

First of all… how do you feel about the France Papillon and Creative Butterflies Facebook group?? Doesn’t it feel like we’re all friends over there? Everyone is supportive and kind to each other, I really like that! And I truly hope it stays that way.

Now, that brings me to this weeks challenge, the theme is Friends.

What do you think about when thinking of being friends, or perhaps your friend. Is there a certain color or shape that comes to mind? Or perhaps you have a memory you want to journal about, tell a story or perhaps even scrap it in your journal! Yeah… why not?

Write down a story or memory, write a letter to a friend, use your or his/her favourite colors, use a quote that matches your friendship or just even use the word Friends. When you think about it, there are a million possibilities!

Invite a friend at home or connect through a videocall and create together (it’s 2018!). You could work together on a page, or create simultaneously with a friend. Challenge each other, learn from each other, have fun!

Now… I’m dying to see what you create! Show it on the FaceBook group, I’ll be there to see your beautiful layers and spreads.

I challenged you to talk to your inner critic last week.

I will be back on Monday with my spread as a Journal on Monday video.

Meanwhile you can underneath Melina's spread underneath. Isn't it a pretty?

See you back on Monday!
