After having experienced hands on the healing power of art journaling,
sharing its benefits and guiding Butterflies into using art journaling for emotional self-care and growth became my mission.
Now well over 10 years into it, my training as coach in art therapy as well as my international teaching experiences in mixed media and art journaling classes have allowed me to build a beautiful Butterfly community, into which you are welcomed with open arms.
For this challenge, each week we reflect on and art journal about a new theme, from fun and quirky to serious pondering.
We hang out and spend time art journaling together live, in weekly zoom sessions, or we discuss all things art journaling in monthly live feedback sessions.
Whether you are a seasoned artist or a curious wanderer, I'm here for you, for your non-clinical therapeutic art journaling, either in 1-on-1 sessions or in a 3 month program.
