During this 2 hour zoom session, we will art journal together!
As creative therapist, I will guide you through the process, answer your technical questions, give you hints and tips on how to connect with your creative enthusiasm that will allow you to tap into your deepest self put your emotions on paper.
The time and date will be chosen together, whether during weekdays, evening or weekend.
You do need to have a high speed internet connection to guarantee the quality of our session.
You can use the products and material you have at hand. I will adapt as much as possible and this will be discussed by mail before the session.
