Inner strength

I think it is the ability to cope with the stressful or difficult situations that life throws at us. When we pass through these difficult situations, we get to know ourselves better and we know our inner strength.

There are several ways to build our inner strength. Believing in yourself, to become your own best friend, talking to yourself in difficult situations, facing and overcoming your fears are all important steps. Meditation, prayers and trying to stay positive during difficult times help too.

How do you cope with life's tricky situations? How do you improve your inner strength?
