What makes your heart bounce?
Have you ever wondered what makes you happy... what makes you really really happy? So happy it would make your heart bounce?
Is it something or perhaps someone that makes your heart bounce? Or maybe an activity.
For me art journaling is something that makes me happy and coping with emotions and also my family gives me those enormous moments of joy and love. The same thing happens with friends, don't you think? I love to dance and performing together with all the other Bounceladies of our dance squad is amazing. One day we've all been working so hard for all year, but it gives us energy, a lot of fun and it makes our hearts bounce! As well as we. ;)
So thinking about what makes your heart bounce. What shape, color, quote or story comes in mind? Tell your story with those elements in your art journal.
