A layer a day - A spread a week: week 27

Hi lovely Butterflies,

Helen here to kick off the second half of our year at France Papillon Creative Butterflies! I do hope you are enjoying the challenges and are being creative everyday.. at least for 5 minutes!

In case this is the first time you read about the challenge, check out the first blog post on the subject here, where we explain what it is all about.

You can join the fun at any time on the France Papillon and Creative Butterflies facebook group, where lots of alad spreads and in between layers get shared, which will definitely help your mojo to be inspired!

week 27

A message to the world

For this weeks’ ALAD/ASAW challenge, I want you to think for a moment what your message to the world might be!

How you live your life is your silent message to others, and it touches people in ways you’ll never even know. This comes across in your actions toward others, but also in how you approach your everyday life. Your true message is less about “doing” and more about “being.”

This applies to our art journals as well…. Feel what you are creating, don’t just create because you have to. By creating what you are feeling, you are putting your silent message out there. Your art will hear you and will begin creating just the right answer for you, so pay attention. Be alert to the signals around you. Then wait, knowing that the answer is in process and will be revealed at just the right time, in just the right way.

So what’s your message? Does how you’re living your life say what you want to say?

Show us in your art journals the one message you would give to our world!

Happy creating!

((HUGS))
