A layer a day - A spread a week: week 20
Hello fellow butterflies!
It´s Melina here today with a new prompt for the Alad challenge.
In case this is the first time you read about the challenge, check out the first blog post on the subject here, where we explain what it is all about.
You can join the fun at any time on the France Papillon and Creative Butterflies facebook group, where lots of alad spreads and in between layers get shared, which will definitely help your mojo to be inspired!

week 20
Feelings in color
I´m an emotional person. My feelings are always on the surface and are easy for people to read.
I use my journal all the time to get my feelings down on paper – it helps me when my feelings are not so good, and I enjoy it none the less when happy feelings need to get down on the paper.
For those of you that know me and my artwork, it´s not hard to see that I love colour! Most of my work is colourful and I love to use colours that should not work well together. I choose the colours that I feel like using that day not too worried about the colour wheele ;)
What are your thoughts about feelings and colours?
Are there colours that match feelings?
Feeling blue, for instans... Is blue a sad colour?
Do you use a lot of black on your page when you are really happy?
Would you go for the bright colours when not feeling so happy?
Is red the colour of love and warmth, or maybe anger? Or both?
I´m looking forward to see your pages this week, to see how you express your feelings in colour!
Just give me a shout in the France Papillon and creative butterflies facebook group if you need me. You will be able to follow all my steps there as well.
Have fun!
Love, Melina
