Emotions in shapes.
This week's prompt really speaks to me. For me, emotions and shapes are fundamental parts of journaling.
I´m a very emotional person, and almost every time my journal spreads are intuitive and based on my emotions at that time. For this week I would like to encourage you to be intuitiv, to follow your emotions and not worry about the outcome.
Enjoy the journey towards the finished page, wherever that leads you.
