New video: Mixed Media Shorty 3

Hi sweet all,

I could go on and on about why I'm not posting any new videos at the moment (until now!!) or new blogposts for that matter, but if you follow my Facebook page, you know why...

So, a new video... I wanted to explore the outcome of using one technique twice, being influenced by a different base color. Sounds complicated? It's not!

I started twice in the same way, on a watercolor paper tag, with the same medium: crackle texture past. Except that the first time I started with white crackle paste and the second time with copper crackle past. After that I used the same media: Primary elements pigments, ink, stamps and embellishments. Have a look:

Je pourrais vous raconter toute une histoire sur le pourquoi je ne poste plus de nouvelle vidéo pour le moment (jusqu'à maintenant) ou pourquoi je n'écris plus sur mon blog, mais si vous suivez ma page Facebook, vous savez pourquoi...

Donc, une nouvelle vidéo... J'ai voulu explorer le résultat d'une seule et même technique travaillée deux fois, en partant sur une autre base couleur pour chaque exploration. Ca a l'air compliqué? Ca ne l'est pas!

J'ai démarré deux fois de la même manière, sur un tag en paper aquarelle, avec le même medium: de la pâte à texture craquelée. Sauf que la première fois j'ai commencé avec de la pâte à texture craquelée blanche et la deuxième fois avec de la pâte à texture craquelée cuivre. Après ça j'ai utilisé les mêmes mediums: pigments Primary elements, encre, tampons et embellissements. Regardez:
